His professional path began in retail and customer service, where he developed a deep appreciation for the value of a positive, accommodating customer experience.

As the leader of a dynamic team at Aircraft Covers, Inc., he focused on client success and thoughtful product development, instrumental in achieving organizational goals. Working closely with the design and manufacturing teams, Kevin supported the integration of scrum and agile methods, improving productivity and team alignment. His commitment to growth, innovation, and a client-focused mindset helped elevate both the organization and its people.

Outside of work, Kevin enjoys backpacking, sailing, and competitive dance. A passionate outdoor enthusiast, he can often be found exploring nature on weekends. He also contributes to community fund-raising and service events, including the California International Airshow and Surfrider Foundation beach cleanups.
