We’re seeking a talented and proactive Program Coordinator based in or near Cupertino, CA to join our team. You’ll play a key role in coordinating schedules, setting up and refining processes, and ensuring smooth communication across stakeholders. This position offers a hybrid work schedule that includes required 3 days onsite in-office.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Duties

  • Manage and own centralized calendar, internal documentation and shared resources.
  • Support budget management, purchase order and invoice processing.
  • Plan, facilitate, and document team meetings.
  • Implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency, support decision-making, and strengthen collaboration.
  • Maintain visibility across all initiatives to ensure alignment with business priorities and team goals.
  • Prepare materials and talking points for executive updates and cross-functional briefings.
  • Facilitate internal team interactions, structured planning cycles, goal tracking systems, and recurring team check-ins.

Salary: $72,000-$83,200 depending on experience.
